Please put a short, specific subject line on your message. "Correction: Hush unlock cost" reaches the right person faster than "hi". If you are writing about a specific page, paste its URL.

What to expect from us

We aim to reply to genuine messages within a few business days. This is a small, independently run site, and requests are answered in the order they arrive, so we cannot promise an exact turnaround time.

If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line. If you are a rights holder or a regulator, tell us up front and we will prioritise it.

We can answer in English and, where an editor is available, in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino or Tamil. Replies written in English are usually the quickest to send.
